Hemorrhoids: Internal Hemorrhoids Treatment
Internal hemorrhoids are not what people think of when you first think about the typical piles. While they are just as uncomfortable as external, they do tend to be less painful. The difference between these and their very close relative, the exterior hemorrhoid, is that the tissue puffiness is on the inside of the rectum, not out. There are plenty of times where the hemorrhoids will protrude out of the anus also. This can be quite embarrassing as seeping stool is quite common in this instance. The key to treating the problem lies in knowing what you have.
The most common symptom of internal hemorrhoids is bleeding. This can come in a few varieties. You might just see the blood on the toilet paper after a bowel movement. Normally, this is how it begins and how you know you have the piles in the first place. You may also notice it in the toilet or on the surface of the stool. Some other symptoms include itching as this kind of hemorrhoid leaks mucus that is highly irritating. Discomfort is a common feeling as the bulge from the piles makes one feel the urge to need to have a bowel movement even though they do not. Pain is the least of the common symptoms when it comes to this kind of hemorrhoids. The only time that these piles are agonizing will be when they bulge out of the anus and are exposed.
